- Product Quality: Every machine and part is thoroughly inspected, tested, and refurbished (if pre-owned) before shipping to ensure top performance.
- Delivery Area: We currently ship across the continental United States. For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Small equipment and parts typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Large machinery deliveries may take 10–25 business days, depending on location.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery distance. Final costs are displayed at checkout or provided in your sales agreement.
- Tracking & Updates: Customers receive shipment tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
- Freight Deliveries: Large equipment is shipped via freight. Delivery requires customer availability to receive and inspect the machinery.
